Sending Cases to the Shreiber School of Veterinary Medicine of Rowan University

In addition to educating future veterinarians, we are committed to respecting your relationship with your clients. Our specialty services will ensure that your patients receive high quality care, you receive a timely report on their visit, and they will be sent back to you for follow up.

The process for referring cases to the Shreiber School of Veterinary Medicine Small Animal Veterinary Teaching Hospital is simple. For specialty referrals, call us at 856.256.6000 between the hours of 8AM and 5PM to speak with a member of our specialty service reception team. Alternatively, you may:

• Print and fill out the referral form and send it with your client
• Email this information (with records attached) to ssvmrecords@rowan.edu
• Complete the online form for specialty at https://go.rowan.edu/VTHrefer and for outpatient ultrasound at https://go.rowan.edu/VTHultra
