Essential Services at the Shreiber School of Veterinary Medicine

MEDICAL OR SAFETY EMERGENCY:

If you are experiencing a medical or safety emergency, please dial 911 or contact the emergency services department at 856-256-4911.

WORK ORDER EMERGENCY:

If you need an emergency work order, please contact Facilities 24/7 at 856-256-6006.

 

NON-EMERGENCY WORK ORDER:

You can now submit your own Facilities Work Order. Simply click this link, enter your Rowan email, and follow the prompts or contact us at vsfacilitieshelp@rowan.edu.

Environmental Services

  • Moving furniture

  • Regulated medical waste services

Room Reservations

The veterinary school utilizes the "25Live" web application for resource reservation requests. You can use this tool to see which rooms on campus are available and reserve space directly through the online system.

If your meeting requires beverage or food services, our approved caterer is Gourmet Dining. Catering menus are available from the food service manager at 856-566-6703. Please remember that arrangements for event clean-up is the department's responsibility.
